We are just wrapping up a 10-day stay at the Gran Pacifica which has turned out to be the best vacation of my life so far. The food in the restaurant is phenomenal, from the traditional Nica breakfast option to the fish tacos with the most succulent pieces of fish. The infinity pool at sunset can't be beat and offers wonderful poolside service from the dedicated staff, many of whom are English speakers. The condo we stayed in was clean and decorated beautifully. As a person with a mild phobia of insects and spiders, I was delighted to not encounter any such "wildlife" inside. We also enjoyed walking on the beach just steps from our condo and collecting sea shells. Additionally, the Gran Pacifica offers several day trip tours for volcanos, shopping excursions, etc., which are given by a great local guide who is able to give insights one likely wouldn't get elsewhere. This was definitely an incredible vacation, and we can't wait to come back!
Coming from a construction background, I can see that everything here is built to last, and there are a lot of little details that were thought of. Looking at the growth here, it really seems to be a solid investment, and it's also just such a great atmosphere. It's hard to put words to. It's really the whole mix of things, trustworthy, common sense people, great climate, real community, and sensible growth. Mike Cobb is a person with a dream, and he's really making that dream happen here. That's something you don't find every day."
I would like you to know that we are very pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of all common areas, the verdant shape of the gardens & foliage, the ( seamless ) efficiency & positive attitude of all the workers from the Reception to the Restaurant & gardeners , not failing to mention the detailed improvements in our Condo & those, no doubt, that are part of the programme.
We have just returned from lunch after an excellent meal for the first time in years ~~ with clean table cloths, very friendly, clean & efficient staff ! Our guests from Nicaragua were very impressed.
We have been here for over 7/8 years ~~ I am sure it has not been easy, but just wanted you to know your efforts have made a significant difference throughout !
Well done & long may it last as it will certainly attract more of the right type of investors// customers throughout GP & especially Las Perlas.
With kind regards,
In these days of murder, mayhem, and general malaise and distrust, Michael Cobb, you have truly brought ethical behavior to an elevated level. Nine years ago when I was negotiating with you on lot 84A I asked about the houses in the area in front of us and you replied we were the first lots in our area that were permitted to have two stories . That was important to Tom and I as we wanted to preserve our view.
Last year when the lot across the street was resold and building plans started, I asked Kent Payne to check and see that only a one story house was allowed on the lot. To my surprise, this was not the case. I prayed they would not build a two story house. Yesterday Tom was informed by Kent that as the house plans on the lot across were of the two story variety, you had offered to trade their lot for a more expensive and valuable lot in order to honor your word! The Cinco Amigos thank you for your ethics in a country in which many other developers have taken the easy way to their own destruction and to the harm of many others. You have raised the bar and we all appreciate your honor. I am proud to be associated with Gran Pacifica and with you. Please feel free to utilize this letter in any publication you see fit.
After hearing about Nicaragua, I found a surf guide and hired him to drive me up and down the coast in search of great waves, beaches, and affordable real estate. For the potential surfing lifestyle I was looking for, Gran Pacifica had it all.
After hearing about Nicaragua, I researched the country and its real estate. Long story short, for me and what I wanted, Gran Pacifica had it all. A very peaceful and quiet beach community greatly appealed to me. That’s why I retired to Gran Pacifica.
