When you first arrive at Grand Pacifica you will be amazed at the quiet and peacefulness of your surroundings. No one is in a hurry. You will find yourself whispering to one another, don’t want to disturb the atmosphere. In the morning, as you walk down to the open-air SeaSalt restaurant to enjoy a delicious breakfast, you can feel your mouth begin to water in anticipation. Strolling out onto the attached patio with coffee/tea in hand where you relax in a chaise lounge overlooking the inviting infinity pool and expansive view of the blue Pacific Ocean. As you sit here watching this passive scene, with the ocean waves splashing onto the shore, off to the left you watch surfers on one of the best surf breaks in Central America. Off to the right, a few people fishing off the rocks. Not a cloud in the sky where the healing powers of the sun soak into your body curing any aches and pains you might have had. Time slowly ticks by. Lunchtime served right to your lap if you like. One of the best cheeseburgers and fries out there. Or, tasty seafood dishes delightfully prepared to your taste. All accompanied with SeaSalts signature cocktail, the “Macua”. The day slowly passes into the afternoon where from your cozy chaise lounge you watch the sun gradually slide towards the horizon. Then with no obstructions, you see the sun sink into the ocean. And, if you listen hard enough you can imagine hearing the sun hissing as it hits the sea...

We are just wrapping up a 10-day stay at the Gran Pacifica which has turned out to be the best vacation of my life so far. The food in the restaurant is phenomenal, from the traditional Nica breakfast option to the fish tacos with the most succulent pieces of fish. The infinity pool at sunset can't be beat and offers wonderful poolside service from the dedicated staff, many of whom are English speakers. The condo we stayed in was clean and decorated beautifully. As a person with a mild phobia of insects and spiders, I was delighted to not encounter any such "wildlife" inside. We also enjoyed walking on the beach just steps from our condo and collecting sea shells. Additionally, the Gran Pacifica offers several day trip tours for volcanos, shopping excursions, etc., which are given by a great local guide who is able to give insights one likely wouldn't get elsewhere. This was definitely an incredible vacation, and we can't wait to come back!

"ECI is just a solid, wholesome company. You meet the founders, and the people, and they're just happy. You know anything Mike Cobb tells you, you can take to the bank. It's like your brother telling you, or even better. This is my first trip to Gran Pacifica, and it just feels like home the moment you get here. Very comfortable, just like old time United States. It has the sense of community that people lost in the US, and I think that's the most important thing. You really can't put a dollar value on it, but you know it when you see it, and it's here.

Coming from a construction background, I can see that everything here is built to last, and there are a lot of little details that were thought of. Looking at the growth here, it really seems to be a solid investment, and it's also just such a great atmosphere. It's hard to put words to. It's really the whole mix of things, trustworthy, common sense people, great climate, real community, and sensible growth. Mike Cobb is a person with a dream, and he's really making that dream happen here. That's something you don't find every day."

First of all, we have not been around Gran Pacifica for well over 18 months.
I would like you to know that we are very pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of all common areas, the verdant shape of the gardens & foliage, the ( seamless ) efficiency & positive attitude of all the workers from the Reception to the Restaurant & gardeners , not failing to mention the detailed improvements in our Condo & those, no doubt, that are part of the programme.
We have just returned from lunch after an excellent meal for the first time in years ~~ with clean table cloths, very friendly, clean & efficient staff ! Our guests from Nicaragua were very impressed.
We have been here for over 7/8 years ~~ I am sure it has not been easy, but just wanted you to know your efforts have made a significant difference throughout !

Well done & long may it last as it will certainly attract more of the right type of investors// customers throughout GP & especially Las Perlas.

With kind regards,

Mel & Alyce Pyatt Brussels, Belgium

In these days of murder, mayhem, and general malaise and distrust, Michael Cobb, you have truly brought ethical behavior to an elevated level.  Nine years ago when I was negotiating with you on lot 84A I asked about the houses in the area in front of us and you replied we were the first lots in our area that were permitted to have two stories . That was important to Tom and I as we wanted to preserve our view.
Last year when the lot across the street was resold and building plans started, I asked Kent Payne to check and see that only a one story house was allowed on the lot. To my surprise, this was not the case. I prayed they would not build a two story house. Yesterday Tom was informed by Kent that as the house plans on the lot across were of the two story variety, you had offered to trade their lot for a more expensive and valuable lot in order to honor your word! The Cinco Amigos thank you for your ethics in a country in which many other developers have taken the easy way to their own destruction and to the harm of many others. You have raised the bar and we all appreciate your honor. I am proud to be associated with Gran Pacifica and with you. Please feel free to utilize this letter in any publication you see fit.

One of our favorite memories are our sunset surf time.  We surf while watching the sun set.  Then, during twilight, we get together on the beach, maybe have a beer or water and relax.  Other guests have commented on how special this is also.

We investigated the options of investing in property outside of the U.S. and after visiting Gran Pacifica, we knew we found a place to build an investment home. The coastline reminds us of Southern California without the real estate prices!

I have already inspected the Gran Pacifica site and pounded the ground where I bought a lot!

Seeing large U.S. Company investments in Nicaragua reassured us that homework had been done on stability and opportunity for return on investment. We are excited to begin construction this year and have shared the opportunity with friends and family, who have also chosen to purchase property at Gran Pacifica.

I want to comment on the over-all -appearance of Gran Pacifica itself. I had not been to the project for quite awhile and WOW!!! I was stunned how beautiful it has become. The mature landscaping has really enhanced the beauty of the resort. I was so taken by the difference  between then and now,  that I had to decline the transportation that was provided to explore the grounds and take off on foot. And I was glad that I did. On foot I was able to grasp the neighborhood feel that the resort now has obtained. The homes that I strolled by were eye candy. VERY IMPRESSIVE, congratulations, you are truly making Gran Pacifica...

We have known about the great opportunities in Nicaragua for a number of years. We invested in the"Gran Pacifica" project and could not be happier with the results thus far. Mike Cobb the CEO has been doing a fine job of directing and managing the project.

As an avid surfer, I moved to Gran Pacifica in great part due to the epic waves and the uncrowded, pristine beaches. I toured up and down the coast of Costa Rica investigating and researching properties for a soon-to-be retired surfer, but I was turned off by the crowds, nasty behavior, surfers fighting for waves, and high prices.
After hearing about Nicaragua, I found a surf guide and hired him to drive me up and down the coast in search of great waves, beaches, and affordable real estate. For the potential surfing lifestyle I was looking for, Gran Pacifica had it all.

Mike, we just returned home late last night/early this morning and I must say it was the most uplifting visit to Nica in many years.  I see more positive things happening and a brighter outlook from nearly everyone I encountered.  The developments at GP appear to be quite positive and we continue to be encouraged. I know how hard you have worked and look forward to the day that you will see the personal satisfaction that you deserve. The school project was fun and fulfilling, thanks for the opportunity to participate.

WOW, we buy a condo and then fall in love with the people. We are going to look at our calendars soon and come back in Spring. Thanks for everything you did for us and we look forward to working with you again.

The reasons I built and moved to Gran Pacifica are the uncrowded, pristine beaches, the Gated Community, and its close proximity to Managua for shopping (Also three hours from San Juan del Sur or Rancho Santana). I toured all over Costa Rica, but I was turned off due to expensive real estate prices, bad attitudes, heavy tourism, etc.
After hearing about Nicaragua, I researched the country and its real estate. Long story short, for me and what I wanted, Gran Pacifica had it all. A very peaceful and quiet beach community greatly appealed to me. That’s why I retired to Gran Pacifica.

I appreciate that the new Costa Rica development will be listed as an asset for Gran Pacifica, enhancing the investment of all shareholders in Gran Pacifica. This demonstrates your perspective of doing what is best for the current shareholders with a track record of accomplished planning and implementing of the details of a world class development.

Greetings from Nicaragua! I just wanted to take a minute to thank each of you for participating in the volunteer activities at the Fabretto center last month. The relationship with Gran Pacifica is very important to our organization and I hope that we can continue to work together in the future. Your generosity and hard work were very much appreciated by our staff, students and their parents. There are many ways that we can work together in the future and we hope to explore new opportunities with the Gran Pacifica team.
