U.S. Trade Mission Opening Doors to Nicaraguan Exports

Multiple organizations are coming together as representatives from U.S. retailers and service firms like Walmart, Farm Fresh, Cardenas & Stephen and others travel to Nicaragua.

This delegation intends to explore the possibility of sourcing Nicaraguan agricultural exports, which are known for their abundance. Depending on their findings, Nicaraguan seafood, fruits and vegetables may soon be coming to tables in the United States under the auspices of the U.S.-Central American Free-Trade Agreement.
