Another building at the Las Perlas Oceanfront Village at Gran Pacifica Beach and Golf Resort, the Momotombo residences, has been completed and inaugurated. On Saturday, July 10, 2021, under a scattering of showers, the official ribbon-cutting ceremony was held onsite, followed by a tour of the building. Gran Pacifica residents, special invited guests and new residence owners were on hand for this long-awaited event.
L-R: Moises Hernandez, Valeria Espinoza, Erick Martínez, Deputy Leyla Balladares, Mike Cobb and Thelma Vanegas.
Leading the ribbon cutting ceremony was Vice President of Operations Valeria Espinoza, who was joined by Construction Division Coordinator Moises Hernandez, Momotombo residence owner Erick Martínez, Deputy Commissioner of Police Leyla Balladares, CEO of ECI Development Mike Cobb, and Thelma Vanegas, Architect and External Consultant for Gran Pacifica. After a brief welcome speech, the ribbon was officially cut to much applause, and guests were given a grand tour of the building.
Beautifully decorated and turn-key ready, the sold-out Malaga, Valencia, and Barcelona condos all provide stunning views of the Pacific Ocean, and the rooftop has an incredible vantage point for spectacular sunsets. After a quick tour, guests filed into SeaSalt Restaurante, where saxophonist Donald Morales played mellow tunes throughout the evening.
The residences at Momotombo have been eagerly awaited by its owners. Despite the delay caused by the worldwide pandemic, construction crews worked tirelessly to bring to life this stunning new building. The hard work has paid off, and it is time now for residents to enjoy their new home at Gran Pacifica!
