When you plan your next trip to Gran Pacifica Beach and Golf Resort, you will definitely want to stop in at the on-site restaurant, Sea Salt. Sea Salt offers top-quality culinary options, featuring authentic Nicaraguan cuisine as well as options from other cultures.

Based on its name and proximity to the ocean, it is a reasonable assumption to think that Sea Salt specializes in seafood. And you would be right. Sea Salt offers an extensive array of seafood options. Shrimp is a popular option, and can be served breaded, with curry, garlic and many other types of sauces. Another option is pargo, which can be served with rosemary or a tipitpa sauce. Or, if you’re feeling particularly hungry, a whole lobster is always an option. All of the seafood options are fresh from the ocean.

Sea Salt also offers a good choice of Nicaraguan and Latin cuisine options. Fish ceviche is one of these options. Ceviche is a popular seafood dish in many coastal parts of Latin America, and it consists of fresh, raw fish cured in citrus juices and spiced with chili peppers and other spices. Fried plantains are another popular Latin cuisine served at Sea Salt.

Of course, there are many other culinary options, such as rack of lamb, chicken cordon bleu and even a classic bacon cheeseburger. The options at Sea Salt are wide and varied, and sure to please anyone’s pallet.

The bar at Sea Salt also offers a great selection of drink options. Domestic as well as foreign beers are available, or you can enjoy mixed drinks such as margaritas, piña coladas, or Nicaragua's own specialty, the macua. Happy Hour at Sea Salt always lives up to its name.

One of the greatest aspects of Sea Salt is the atmosphere. When dining at Sea Salt, you will be treated to a breathtaking view. From the dining area, you will look out over our very own infinity pool, which fades beautifully into the ocean horizon. The view is exceptionally beautiful at sunset, but really all day long it offers a picturesque ocean view that will delight guests.

Food in Nicaragua is wide and varied, and no where more so than Sea Salt Restaurant at Gran Pacifica. The next time you visit Gran Pacifica, you will definitely want to stop in at Sea Salt Restaurant.
