Gran Pacifica hired Urban Design Associates (UDA) a leading city planner in the United States in order to master plan different phases inside our 3.5 miles beach property. We are proud to be working with a top new urbanism planner such as UDA. Gran Pacifica understands that to deliver a high quality product, we have to hire the best in the design field. In the creation of our master plan we requested the UDA team back in 2002 to study the beautiful Nicaraguan Spanish Colonial cities of Leon and Granada in order to integrate 21st century amenities with the local architectural flavor of the Nicaraguan people.
