Greetings from Nicaragua! I just wanted to take a minute to thank each of you for participating in the volunteer activities at the Fabretto center last month. The relationship with Gran Pacifica is very important to our organization and I hope that we can continue to work together in the future. Your generosity and hard work were very much appreciated by our staff, students and their parents. There are many ways that we can work together in the future and we hope to explore new opportunities with the Gran Pacifica team.
WOW, we buy a condo and then fall in love with the people. We are going to look at our calendars soon and come back in Spring. Thanks for everything you did for us and we look forward to working with you again.
We have known about the great opportunities in Nicaragua for a number of years. We invested in the"Gran Pacifica" project and could not be happier with the results thus far. Mike Cobb the CEO has been doing a fine job of directing and managing the project.
Seeing large U.S. Company investments in Nicaragua reassured us that homework had been done on stability and opportunity for return on investment. We are excited to begin construction this year and have shared the opportunity with friends and family, who have also chosen to purchase property at Gran Pacifica.
" I want to comment on the over-all -appearance of Gran Pacifica itself. I had not been to the project for quite awhile and WOW!!! I was stunned how beautiful it has become. The mature landscaping has really enhanced the beauty of the resort. I was so taken by the difference between then and now, that I had to decline the transportation that was provided to explore the grounds and take off on foot. And I was glad that I did. On foot I was able to grasp the neighborhood feel that the resort now has obtained. The homes that I strolled by were eye candy. VERY IMPRESSIVE, congratulations, you are truly making Gran Pacifica...
I appreciate that the new Costa Rica development will be listed as an asset for Gran Pacifica, enhancing the investment of all shareholders in Gran Pacifica. This demonstrates your perspective of doing what is best for the current shareholders with a track record of accomplished planning and implementing of the details of a world class development.
Mike, we just returned home late last night/early this morning and I must say it was the most uplifting visit to Nica in many years. I see more positive things happening and a brighter outlook from nearly everyone I encountered. The developments at GP appear to be quite positive and we continue to be encouraged. I know how hard you have worked and look forward to the day that you will see the personal satisfaction that you deserve. The school project was fun and fulfilling, thanks for the opportunity to participate.
We investigated the options of investing in property outside of the U.S. and after visiting Gran Pacifica, we knew we found a place to build an investment home. The coastline reminds us of Southern California without the real estate prices!
