The Ruby Course

Coming from the Clubhouse crossing the bridge to the first hole the golfer will embark on a very different golfing experience. Some places are heavily wooded such as the second shot on # 1 and # 2 is a very fun, short par 4. Others have decisions to make with split fairways such as # 3, #4 and part of #6. The San Diego River creates a wonderful variety of golf shots on holes 5, 6 and 7 making this series of holes pivotal in any round of golf. #8 is a serious par 4 from the back tees, and the green can have many treacherous pin placements because of a pond which was added to the right side of the green. The 9th proceeding back to the Clubhouse with its towering Guanacaste trees guarding the left side of the fairway and ponding on the right and back of the green make this a memorable finishing hole.

We investigated the options of investing in property outside of the U.S. and after visiting Gran Pacifica, we knew we found a place to build an investment home. The coastline reminds us of Southern California without the real estate prices!
