We are delighted to arrange your stay at Gran Pacifica Resort. Our oceanfront condominiums and beach homes will allow you to enjoy over 3.5 miles of Pacific Ocean beach, just 1 hour from the center of Managua.

Pacifica Booking Services can arrange your stay and also assist with transportation and special tours. We require a 20% deposit for reservations at Gran Pacifica Resort. For other services such as transportation, tours or special services we have specific competitive fees that you can arrange now or up until 48 hrs before your stay.

Notes:

• Rates are subject to change. Taxes must be added to the rates below (2% INTUR, 15% Sales Tax).
• Rates are per night. Extra persons: $20.00+taxes. Check-in is at 2:00 pm / Check-out is at 12:00 noon
• An early check-in or late check-out is possible if the room is available for an additional $10 per hour charge (up to 5p.m., at which point the client will be charge an additional full night room rate). There is no additional charge to use the pool or dine in the restaurant while waiting for a reservation.
• Refunds cannot be given under any circumstances. Additionally, cancellations of dates made within 24 hours are non-refundable, but 100% transferable to another available date. This does not include holidays (cancellation or transfer) and must be made for the same unit type/cost or that of a higher value with the difference paid for by client. No shows will be charged 100% of value of the reservation, no refundable or transferable.

Once we receive your request, we will confirm and call you back to secure your reservation via a credit card (American Express, Master Card, Visa, Diner Club, JCB, Discover Network). The balance of the reservation amount will be collected at check-out.

A. Las Perlas Condo-Hotel:

The luxury condos at Las Perlas are located directly on the ocean, giving every unit a spectacular view of the Pacific. Each balcony overlooks the oceanfront infinity pool. All units are equipped with air conditioning, fans, hot water, wireless internet, cable TV, washer/dryers (except Rivas units), DVD players, and fully-equipped kitchen.
