The sweeping mission of Gran Pacifica’s parent company, ECI Development, is to create value through socially responsible development of real estate in the Americas that promotes a higher quality of living for our partners and communities.

Our vision is to create high quality lifestyle environments in our resort communities that appeal to the 100 million baby boomers who will retire over the next 15 years, who seek to live actively and well outside of the United States and North America. We want to be the destination of choice for the 4.5 million North Americans considering living or owning property in Latin America, among them 500,000 U.S. retirees who currently receive their Social Security checks abroad.

Our desire is to offer clients a wide range of highly desirable options for the type of climate and environment that best suits their interests.

ECI desires to maintain a stellar reputation for its unique selling propositions and for "thinking of everything – including creation of extraordinary environments for living that are thoroughly beautiful, safe, easily accessible and valuable, down to every last detail. This ranges from purchasing properties at undervalued prices to investing heavily in North American standards of infrastructure, and from ease of financing to establishing unique opportunities to provide hands-on humanitarian service to our neighboring communities.

We aspire to generate a steady flow of income long after our resort initiatives are built.  In addition to our existing high quality properties in Nicaragua, Costa Rica and Belize, we will continue to evaluate options for expanding our portfolio of opportunities in countries such as Argentina, Honduras and Panama.
