THE PROPOSED TOWN SQUARE FOR GRAN PACIFICA is based on regional precedents such as the square in Granada and the square in Leon. As a civic and social space, the town square will feature shops and restaurants associated with the hotel, housing overlooking the square with views to the water and a center for special events and social gatherings. This is intented to be the heart of the new village where residents and guests come together to enjoy the shared amenities.
