Golf Memberships

• Each golf membership is a non-equity membership
• Each golf membership is an individual, single, one person, membership
• Up to two golf memberships are available to investors in Pacifica Golf Associates
• If two memberships are purchased in a family, all family members will enjoy membership privileges until the age of 25
• Golf membership allows all social membership privileges and free greens fees for life
• Golf memberships are transferable once
• After the 1st transfer the ‘Club" has the right to buy back at the purchase price
• All future memberships and fees can be changed by act of the Board of Directors
• Initially no other fees or golf dues are planned or anticipated

Other rates and fees may be established by the Board of Directors of PGA from time to time such as golf pkgs, lockers, caddies, club cleaning and storage etc.

*All other above fees include cart fee
*A golf membership includes access to other facilities of the club, such as tennis, pools, and other facilities which may be added in the future. Some of these such as a health club may require additional fees
*Trail fees for privately owned carts will be ½ the 2 rider cart fee

Social Memberships

*All condo and homeowners are social members through the purchase of their lot or condo
*Social members will have privileges to the restaurant, lounge, pools, and other facilities such as member’s only restaurant and lounge, and social events for members & their guests only
*A social member will remain in good standing through the monthly lot and condo owner fee
