I like the Casa Bujosa for my husband and myself. I will be having both knees replaced at the Metroplitano H. in Managua. What is the traveling time to Managua? My husband is a surfer. We also have a 3yr old Ridgeback, female spayed that I don't wish to kennel for 6 mths. She is well behaved and the breed does not bark. We would be staying from Nov 15th-May 2.
Thank you.

Dear Carolyn:
You are absolutely a wonderful person, WOW, we buy a condo and then fall in
love with the people - we loved meeting Ruth and her husband Glenn - what a
neat guy.
We are also going to send our Donation to Hope Foundation. Our goal would be to continue the Dental Program.
We are going to look at our calendars soon and come back in Spring.
Thanks for everything you did for us and we look forward to working with you in the Future. I really think the girls would come down for a week or so next summer also.
Thanks,
Brock Lunderville, NASA, Inc
In returning back from my recent trip last week in Nicaragua and visiting and surveying my newly constructed home at Gran Pacifica, I want to sit down and take this opportunity to sincerely thank you for your extraordinary and spectacular work and the magnificent structure you created for me. I also want to thank, acknowledge and commend your construction team, your staff, and everyone involved in the design and construction of my new home. I can not be any happier and more satisfied with the results. You made your self and The Gran Pacifica Resort…. Proud!
As you know in the beginning when we first started our discussions on the design of my house, and as a foreigner and resident of California, I was somewhat cautious and reluctant to build in Nicaragua. Because I did not have the luxury to be on site and to observe the construction due to business commitments in California; I needed to find and hire a dependable and reliable builder/contractor. As you know after interviewing many contractors, builders and architects, as well as requesting references and receiving excellent recommendations from local businessmen about your quality work and ethics, you became my confident choice to design and build by retirement home.
In the beginning, I gave you my ideas of what I wanted on the design and architecture of
the structure that I envisioned and wanted . With a few changes and revisions, the design and style you completed was exactly what I wanted…Spanish Colonial. It really is a masterful design. And, when I saw the first renderings, I was ecstatic to say the least. Now, as my home is almost finished, I can’t tell you how many compliments I have received from guests, residents and visitors who pass by and see the structure. They are very impressed.
From the early construction up until now, the process has gone smooth with virtually no problems to speak of. Sure, we had some changes and upgrades that took time to decide and choose, as well as weather challenges but all in all, it was smooth all the way through. Whatever my concerns were or changes needed or the many questions I had as the project progressed, you responded immediately and responsively to address them, every single time.
Your architectural vision is also greatly appreciated and has added an additional quality and great feeling to the home. You were always looking ahead as the house progressed to unforeseen needs and amenities when the possibilities arose, and you made recommendations and pointed out architectural accents that if added would increase the quality, look and value of the home. These recommendations and suggestions were invaluable. You also looked ahead and made sure that my eventual move-in would be hassle free and comfortable. And most of all, on my recent walk through, I could see and feel the quality of the construction to the home, inside and out…. Just impeccable!
My experience in working with you during the entire time of design and construction was like working with a family member meaning that you always were watching out for me and had my best interests at hand and my welfare, first and foremost. I developed total trust and confidence in your work, consultation and guidance. I feel very fortunate.
Without question and hesitancy, I would recommend and endorse you to all my friends, business associates and to whomever is looking for a talented, ethical, trustworthy and committed architect and contractor to build their home in Nicaragua. Especially for someone like myself who could not take the time to be on site or travel back and forth frequently to oversee construction. You were my eyes and ears…24/7.
Please feel free to have any of your potential clients’ call or email me regarding the quality of your work, your professionalism and your outstanding commitment to excellent service. Or, better yet, please feel free to take them on a tour of my new home. They will see what I am talking about the moment they walk through the front door. I look forward to continuing our business relationship and of course, our friendship. I know I will call upon you to build other projects for me in the near future.
Again, many, many thanks for your professionalism and commitment to excellence as you and your staff, truly made my Retirement Dream, come true. A job truly well done!

My name is Terry Martin and I live with my wife Angie in Newport Beach, California. I am currently employed as a Director of Logistics (Transportation/Warehousing) and Angie is a store manager for Wal-Mart.
I chose to purchase property at Gran Pacifica for a combination of reasons. Number one, I saw it as an opportunity to live at the beach and maintain the same standard of living as I now have in Newport Beach on retirement income. Number two, my wife and I started traveling to Costa Rica approximately fifteen years ago and happened to see the initial construction of Los Suenos. We look at Gran Pacifica as being a mirror image and it gives us a chance to be in on the ground floor of a lucrative development. Number three, I like the concept that anyone purchasing a lot in the first phase must build within a year. This insures that my wife and I will not be living in a ghost town. Number four, we liked living in a development that offered most of the amenities that we have in Newport Beach (fresh water from the tap, sewer system, broadband cable, etc.). And last but not least, we see the potential of starting a business that would revolve around providing a service to guests of the hotel.

I am Kyle Yost from Frederick, MD. I own a computer products distribution company and have recently bought a lot and intend on building a home at Gran Pacifica.
The reason I bought at Gran Pacifica is because I wanted a place where I will feel a sense of community while I am away from the U.S. and because of the amenities offered at Gran Pacifica. The management of Gran Pacifica has done everything right like burying the utilities on property, running fiber for telecommunications to every house and bringing three phase electric 16 miles to the property via concrete telephone poles. Every other project in Nicaragua strives to be like Gran Pacifica so I went with the best. Nicaraguan people are very friendly, the country is incredibly safe and inexpensive (A couple can have a nice steak dinner and a bottle of wine for $20). Plus, there are so many things to see and do in Nicaragua that your schedule can be as full as you like or totally empty for relaxation. Things to do in Nicaragua include: exploring Granada (The 2nd oldest city in all of the America’s) and Leon or hiking volcanoes and national parks, fresh water and salt water fishing, world class surfing, zip lining from tree top to tree top, relaxing on the beach, eating fabulous native foods and so many more options.

My wife and I had decided to investigate the options of investing in property outside of the U.S. We attended an International Living conference in Managua last August. After visiting the Gran Pacific property we knew we had found a place to build an investment home. The coastline reminds us of Southern California without the real estate prices we are so painfully familiar with! Seeing the investments of large U.S. and other multinational companies in Nicaragua reassured us that homework had been done on stability and opportunity for return on investment. We are excited to begin construction this year and have shared the opportunity with friends and family, who have also chosen to purchase property at Gran Pacifica.
Submitted by Dan Aranda, Vice President of Aranda Tooling. Dan lives in Long Beach, CA with his wife Theresa and they are expecting their first child this year. They look forward to traveling to Nicaragua many times in the future.
Dan ArandaIt all sounds very exciting. Chalk up another one for the splendid job the team has done once again.
Glenn K. - Ontario, CanadaHello Michael Cobb,
Congratulations on the acquisition of Playa del Sol. I have been to Costa Rica/Limon, very nice property, that is a steal for 2 miles of Caribbean front property. A few large bugs, mosquitoes, and a little more humid than pacific side, but a great situation. Huge value in the synergy of these properties including your Belize resort, I can imagine your tie in for reservations, golf, time shares, property management, etc.
I am getting on a plane to go back to Brazil, fifth trip this year, have bought two ocean front properties around Rio De Janeiro, a condo 40 minutes south of Rio De Janeiro, in Recreio, nicer than south beach Miami for the low 200k and a house a hour north of Rio De Janeiro in a small town of 70,000 called Marcia for 55k on the beach, including guest quarter.

Loved the article. We have known about the great opportunities in Nicaragua for a number of years. We invested in the"Gran Pacifica" project (Mmmcobb@aol.com) and could not be happier with the results thus far. Mike Cobb the CEO has been doing a fine job of directing and managing the project.
Joe and Jill B. - North CarolinaI received your e mail regarding the exciting new development on the Caribbean coast of Costa Rica. I would like to express my appreciation on how the acquisition was structured. I appreciate that the new development will be listed as an asset for Gran Pacifica, which will enhance the investment of all shareholders in Gran Pacifica without the necessity to invest more money. This demonstrates your perspective of doing what is best for the current shareholders. Coupled to this is the track record of accomplishment of planning and implementing the details of a world class development. I know because I have already inspected the Gran Pacifica site and pounded the ground where I also bought a lot.
