Respecting Traditional Values Within a New Coastal Village
Traditionally towns and villages had their own character and style, which was shaped by culture, local craft styles, the building materials and the climate. You may remember a time when people walked from place to place and were able to interact with their neighbors in an informal and spontaneous way, creating deep personal relationships.
We think these things are worth keeping. At Gran Pacifica, we have copied traditional Nicaraguan colonial architecture and have designed the neighborhoods for walking and enjoying the relaxed, natural setting along the peaceful Pacific coast.
Trails and walkways serve each home, connecting the neighborhoods to the golf course, which is treated as a large central park providing incredible views of the ocean and the surrounding landscape. Everything weaves together to produce a rich pattern of special addresses, intimate streets and expansive views.

But let's face it - the past wasn't perfect. No one wants to return to low pressure showers with limited hot water, slow or difficult telephone and internet communications, unreliable electricity and imperfect sewage. These things really spoil the dream.
