Our quality homes begin at US $70 per square foot, plus lot, local government taxes and permits. The prices shown below include a standard lot, but the taxes and permits are paid separately. Ocean view, golf course, and premium lots are available at additional investment. See "The Myth & Math of Square Foot Pricing". All models designed by Gran Pacifica company architects are compliant with the Urban Design Pattern Book. We have also invited external architects to put their designs online for clients to have a larger selection, and to give a flavor of the custom homes available. Customers can select Gran Pacifica home models or they can bring their own architect and have one of our builder built your home. If you choose an outside architect please check the DESIGN REVIEW AND APPROVAL PROCESS.
