Peace of Mind Inspection Service

We realize that you can’t be on-site in at Gran Pacifica during the lengthy home building process, so we have created the Peace of Mind Inspection Service to make your home building process easier and help monitor and protect your investment in Gran Pacifica. Basically we will be your eyes and ears.

This service includes:

• Regular on-site inspections of your building site, including e-mail reports with pictures.
• Ongoing e-mail support for any questions and concerns you may have.
• Trouble shooting any problems with builders including relaying any concerns you may have about the building process.
• Bank draw inspections and reports if needed (at an additional cost)

The cost for this service will be $.50 USD per square foot of the total construction area of your home. We are also prepared to customize inspection services and oversight packages to suit your needs. These services are designed to give home builders information and peace of mind.
