I am always looking for new yummy things to make for my family. We have delicious mandarinas in season living in Nicaragua.
Mandarinas are similar to a tangerine or Clementine. For a new twist to an old favorite I dipped them in chocolate and sprinkled them with sea salt. My family gobbled them up in an instant. They were easy to make and for us too.
Melt 12oz good quality dark chocolate in a double boiler
Peel 6 mandarinas
Dip in chocolate half way
Sprinkle with sea salt
Place on wax paper on a cookie sheet
Chill in refrigerator for 10 minutes
