		<description>Hi Mike, Over at RevealRealEstate.com, we&#039;re also seeing the emergence of the &quot;lifestyle buyer&quot; - people looking to invest in a county with more affordable real estate and a lower cost of living than back home.  

This group of buyers is more significant now than the &quot;speculators&quot; looking for quick capital appreciation.  

And long term, I think it&#039;s better for the country.</description>

I was in the same predicament, going TO the airport to fly out, they kept it and I missed my plane.  They also told me where to go pick it up in Managua, and it wasn&#039;t there.  Took 2 days and still it didn&#039;t show up.</description>
