This group of buyers is more significant now than the "speculators" looking for quick capital appreciation. And long term, I think it's better for the country. In fact it's true that is more difficult to obtain a deed that is under an agrarian title, so ask the right questions, we already have a list of questions you musk ask before buying property, if you wish to receive them please email us to vespinoza@granpacifica.com and we will send them over.
