Avoid the Crowds of Florida and California – Come to Nicaragua

Everyone loves a beach vacation. The sand, the sun, the waves rhythmically breaking on the shore, what’s not to like? Americans especially love visiting the beach. In 2013, Expedia’s Flip Flop Report, a report published annually on the habits of beach-goers, revealed that a beach vacation was the most preferred vacation type for Americans. Vacation home rentals at the beach are some of the most highly demanded.

I enjoyed a beach vacation this past summer with my family at Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The beaches were gorgeous, but hard to enjoy with all of the people around. One afternoon I decided to take a jog down the beach, but was barely able to do so without tripping over a sun bather or dodging an errant Frisbee. My father, an avid fisherman, had to comb the beaches for a strip of land in which he could cast a line without snagging it on a swimmer. Although the beach undeniably was beautiful, my family and I certainly would have enjoyed it more if we weren’t rubbing up against strangers at every turn.

The crowds at beaches are one of the biggest deterrents for American beach goers. The beaches of Florida and California certainly are scenic, but it’s hard to appreciate this beauty with all of the hundreds and thousands of other vacationers crowding the beaches.

Mexico is another popular beach destination for Americans looking for vacation home rentals. In fact, in 2015, it was the most visited international country by Americans. Mexico certainly has its advantages, established resorts, miles of beaches, close to home. But it also has its disadvantages. Crime being the biggest disadvantage. The top fear for American beachgoers is having their “wallet or possessions stolen.” This indeed is a legitimate fear, and one that is only exacerbated when staying at a crowded beach.

Now, what if you could get all of the advantages of a luxury vacation home rental and relaxing beach vacation in Florida, California or Mexico, but without all of the crowds and crime? If this sounds appealing to you, then you should check out Gran Pacifica Beach and Golf Resort. The beaches of Nicaragua are just as picturesque, more so even depending on who you ask, than any beach you can find in the United States or Mexico. Yet Nicaragua’s beaches aren’t teeming with tourists and opportunists like you will find in other places. Nicaragua’s relatively untapped vacation potential and extremely low crime rate, it is the second safest country in the Western Hemisphere, make it ideal for Americans seeking to rent a vacation home on the beach.

Gran Pacifica offers high quality beach vacation opportunities. It has vacation home rentals that are both luxurious and affordable. The beaches are beautiful and not crowded. In addition, there is no fear of having personal possessions stolen when vacationing at Gran Pacifica. The resort employs its own private security force to ensure the safety of both residents and their possessions.

Americans love beach vacations, and with good reason. However, if you want to avoid all of the crowds and other disadvantages that often come with beach vacations, start your vacation home rental search with Gran Pacifica Beach and Golf Resort.
